Build a troubleshooting guide

I think we should put together a proper troubleshooting guide for the forum.

There are always new members asking about buffering, EPG problems, apps crashing, picture issues etc.

What problems should we include?

If enough people contribute, we could turn the best answers into a pinned General IPTV Troubleshooting Guide for new members.

Definitely include buffering, EPG problems, app crashes and connection issues.

I'd also add a section explaining how to work out whether the problem is the device, network, player or service.

That would probably save a lot of repeated questions.
