Audio but no picture

Anyone experienced getting audio but no picture?

The sound is playing but the screen stays black.

I've restarted the device but it hasn't made any difference.

Any ideas what could cause this?

I'd check whether it happens on every channel or just specific ones.

If other video apps on the device work normally, I'd then look at the IPTV player and its playback settings.

Trying another compatible player can also help identify whether the issue is app-related.
