IPTV works on phone but not TV

Hi all,

I'm new to IPTV and have run into a strange problem.

Everything works on my phone but I'm having problems getting the same setup working properly on my TV.

Both devices are connected to the same internet.

Could this just be an app/device issue?

It definitely could be.

I'd check that you're using the correct login/details on the TV and make sure the app is supported by the TV.

If possible, try another compatible player as well. That can help determine whether it's the app causing the problem.
