Getting help with an IPTV problem ?️
One thing I've noticed with troubleshooting is that it's much easier to help someone when they provide as much information as possible.
If you're having problems, it can help to include:
Device:
Fire Stick / Android TV / Smart TV / phone / computer etc.
App:
The IPTV player you're using.
Problem:
For example, buffering, login problems, channels not loading or EPG issues.
Internet:
Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
When it happens:
All the time, certain channels or only at certain times.
Providing this information can save a lot of back-and-forth when trying to find the cause.
