Anyone experienced getting audio but no picture?

The sound is playing but the screen stays black.

I've restarted the device but it hasn't made any difference.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Has anyone had IPTV suddenly stop working when it was fine earlier?

My TV is currently connected over Wi-Fi and generally works fine, but I've got an Ethernet cable available and wondered whether it's worth switching.

Does anyone know what normally causes EPG information to be missing?

Most of mine is showing correctly but there are some channels with either no information or incorrect programme listings.

The actual channels play fine.

Is this something that can normally be fixed in the player?

Everything works on my phone but I'm having problems getting the same setup working properly on my TV.

Both devices are connected to the same internet.

Could this just be an app/device issue?

Internet speed seems fine and other streaming services aren't having any problems.

Would you normally start with the router, streaming device or IPTV player?
